Emma Willingham


As an analyst with JOHNSON ECONOMICS, Emma contributes to research and data collection. She has experience in quantitative analysis using IMPLAN, Eviews, and R; and qualitative analysis dealing with a variety of topics, including sustainable and tax policy analysis. Throughout her graduate education, Emma has held a second position at the Northwest Economic Research Center as a research intern, where in addition to conducting economic research and analysis, she assists Director Tom Potiowsky with presentations and designs reports.

Emma Willingham is currently in the process of obtaining her MS in Economics from Portland State University, where she obtained her Bachelor’s in Science in Economics (with a minor in Anthropology) in June of 2015, and will complete the program in June of 2017.
